Meet the Owner • Pricing • Downtown St. Cloud

In 2020, Lucille had a vision of a creative coworking space accessible in cost and welcoming of all folks. Lucille brings her background in classical ballet to all her creative pursuits. With an undergraduate degree in Dance from University of the Pacific, and a M.S. degree in Social Responsibility from St. Cloud State University; Lucille strives to provide a welcoming space for creatives of all ages.

Lucille has performed in numerous ballet, modern dance, and theatre productions starting at the age of 6. Both a performing artist and an educator, she loves the stage and the studio equally. She currently offers Ballet Basics: Ages 14 to 99, and Stretch, and De-Stress, and Decompress with Lucille. She is also currently accepting private clients for one on one dance/movement/conditioning sessions.

Fast forward to today.

The Studio is located in the heart of historic downtown St. Cloud, on the second floor of “The Arts” building overlooking the many popular shops, restaurants and boutiques of West Saint Germain Street.

At just over 1000 square feet, this simple, elegant space is an ideal location for rehearsals, meetings, small classes, and art exhibitions.

The Studio offers ample natural lighting with twelve windows offering a view of the quaint downtown streets. We offer plenty of amenities for your ease and convenience. High-speed internet access, quality sound system, and a large, movable mirror.  The light wood flooring is suitable for ballroom, ballet, jazz, or modern/contemporary dance. There are plenty of folding chairs, tables and other furniture that can be arranged in various configurations to suit your needs.

Other amenities include a small refrigerator stocked with water and privacy curtain to divide the space into two smaller sections.

Space Rental Pricing

$15.00 per hour for 1-person maximum

$20.00 per hour for 2-3 people maximum

$30.00 per hour for groups of 4 or more

Sliding scale available for ongoing rentals.

The Studio Policies & Information

INFORMATION

Accessibility

The Studio is located up one flight of stairs. The Studio is not wheelchair accessible. There is an accessible parking stall located in front of the building.

Parking

Meters enforced 7 days per week.

Centre Square Parking Ramp is the nearest ramp to our building, it is located at 601 1st St S, St Cloud, MN 56301. Free after 5pm all days.

Restrooms

There are two restrooms located at the end of the hall.

POLICIES

Reservations

First time renters will have a brief in person orientation before or the day of rental. Renters must agree to the terms of use for the studio. A minimum of 24 hour notice is required in order to secure a rental.

Cancellation Policy

12 hour minimum notice for a full refund.

Studio Etiquette

Renters are required to leave the studio clean when they leave. Please be sure to remove all personal belongings, throw away any trash, shut off fans, and turn off the lights.

If wearing street shoes in the studio, make sure they are clean and do not leave scuff black marks.
